Refund Policy – MusicJobs.uk

Learn about evaluation periods, renewal refunds, cancellations, and how to request a refund.

We offer a 3-day evaluation period starting from the time of payment.

  • If you are not satisfied with the service during this time, you may request a full refund, minus a small administrative fee.

  • If you apply for a job during the evaluation period, this will be taken as acceptance of the membership, and the evaluation period will end immediately.

  • Refunds will no longer be available after this point.

We offer a no-questions-asked refund for up to 5 days after your annual subscription renews.

  • Refund requests made within 5 days of renewal will be fully honoured.

  • After 5 days, refunds will not be available.

Members can cancel their subscription at any time via the member area:

  • Cancellation stops future billing.

  • Membership access remains active until the subscription end date.

  • No partial refunds are offered for unused time after the evaluation period.

When a membership ends or is cancelled, all associated user data — including profiles and accounts — will be permanently deleted.

This process is non-recoverable and aligns with our commitment to data privacy.

We do not store user data for non-active or non-paying members.

Refunds will not be granted:

  • After the 3-day evaluation period if you have applied for a job.

  • More than 5 days after a subscription renewal.

  • For non-usage of the platform outside the refund windows.
