1. Evaluation Period Refunds
We offer a 3-day evaluation period starting from the time of payment.
If you are not satisfied with the service during this time, you may request a full refund, minus a small administrative fee.
If you apply for a job during the evaluation period, this will be taken as acceptance of the membership, and the evaluation period will end immediately.
Refunds will no longer be available after this point.
2. Renewal Refunds
We offer a no-questions-asked refund for up to 5 days after your annual subscription renews.
Refund requests made within 5 days of renewal will be fully honoured.
After 5 days, refunds will not be available.
3. Cancellations and Billing
Members can cancel their subscription at any time via the member area:

Cancellation stops future billing.
Membership access remains active until the subscription end date.
No partial refunds are offered for unused time after the evaluation period.
4. Data Removal
When a membership ends or is cancelled, all associated user data — including profiles and accounts — will be permanently deleted.
This process is non-recoverable and aligns with our commitment to data privacy.
We do not store user data for non-active or non-paying members.
5. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted:
After the 3-day evaluation period if you have applied for a job.
More than 5 days after a subscription renewal.
For non-usage of the platform outside the refund windows.
